Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website(s), (mobile) applications and services offered by HustleLine Kennels LLC. By using our Site and any related service in any way, including (without limitation) visiting or browsing our Site, as well as buying, contributing content, information and other materials or services on the Site, you (or the “user”) agree to be bound by the Ts&Cs, which constitute an agreement between you and us, and you warrant that you have the capacity and ability to agree to the Ts&Cs, and to carry out your obligations as set out in the Ts&Cs. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by the Ts&Cs, you must not register yourself on the Site and must not use the Site or any of our services.

PRIVACY POLICY

Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website. We may modify the Ts&Cs from time to time (effective immediately), so please check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the Ts&Cs, then you must immediately stop using our Site and any related service in all respects. You agree that the electronic format of the Ts&Cs does not in any way affect their validity or enforceability, and you agree that we may communicate with you electronically for all aspects of your use of the Site. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience. We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe toa newsletter, fill out a form or enter information on our site, provide us with feedback on our products or services. How do we use your information? We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways: To personalize your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested. To improve our website and better serve you. To better assist you in responding to your customer service requests. To quickly process your transactions. To see how were doing and ask for ratings and reviews of services or products. To follow up with you after correspondence (live chat, email, or phone inquiries.)

Deposis & Payments

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

For every order, there is a minimum deposit required based on the items ordered. All required deposit amounts can be found under each item available for purchase. Deposits can be made by using a credit card or debit card. The remaining balance for every order is due 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. If the remaining balance needs to be paid in cash, please notify us during the time of the delivery scheduling phone call. Payments made on an order before the scheduled delivery date will go towards the balance of an order and an updated invoice will be sent each time a payment is made. In the event it becomes necessary for HustleLine Kennels LLC to take action to collect any amount due hereunder, HustleLine Kennels LLC shall be entitled to receive all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and associated costs, from the customer.

Shipping & Fulfillment

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

We hand build, assemble, and deliver each kennel ourselves. Shipping/Delivery costs are based on your region in the United States. Shipping/Delivery options can be selected at time of check out. If you do not see your state or area on the drop-down menu, please fill out an order request form. We only deliver in North America (no Hawaii and Alaska shipping).



Deliveries are normally made on Saturdays or Sundays between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm depending on the customer’s location. Mileage is based upon the distance from HustleLine Kennels LLC’s facility, or affiliate facility, to the requested delivery location. HustleLine Kennels LLC reserves the right to reschedule deliveries due to inclement weather, periods of excessive rain or other events beyond our control. HustleLine Kennels LLC also asks that Customers request delivery be rescheduled should Customer believe inclement weather, soft ground or other conditions exist which would impede the safe delivery of the building or cause damage to the delivery truck or trailer or customer’s property or otherwise make delivery exceptionally difficult for the driver.

Customers Property Allowance

CUSTOMERS PROPERTY ALLOWANCE

Customer warrants to HustleLine Kennels LLC that the driveway of customer can hold the weight of the equipment and building. In the event the driveway, yard or property is damaged despite this warranty by customer, the customer waives any cause of action against HustleLine Kennels LLC or its subcontractors for any damage associated with the trucks and trailers of HustleLine Kennels LLC or its subcontractors. Customer understands that it may be necessary for HustleLine Kennels LLC or its subcontractors to drive across or through Customer’s lawn, pasture, or other ground. Customer also waives any course of action against HustleLine Kennels LLC or its subcontractors for any damage caused to Customer’s lawn, pastures, ground, fences, gates, structures, buildings, animals, or other property whatsoever. 

The customer will obtain and pay for any building permits or sealed drawings needed and failure thereof will not excuse customer’s performance hereunder. The customer is responsible to ensure that the setup location is not in conflict with any building code or zoning ordinance for the area. The Customer is responsible for all site preparation, including leveling, fill and grading. 

The customer agrees to be responsible for determining the location of the building. The customer is responsible for the breaking, cutting or damaging of any wires, cables, septic tanks, pipes, etc., and will not hold HustleLine Kennels responsible during the structure setup. HustleLine Kennels LLC bears no liability for inadequate soil bearing, legal setbacks, or height restrictions.

Refund Policy

Kennel RETURN & REFUND POLIcY

Customers have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If customers are not satisfied within 14 days of receiving their kennel, please contact us immediately at support@hustlelinekennels.com. Customers will be responsible for a pick-up fee, credit card returns will be refunded minus 3% processing fee, and a 25% restocking fee, in which all fees will be deducted from the refund amount. After the 14-day period, HustleLine Kennels do not accept returns or give refunds.

Refunds

Items must be sent back to HustleLine Kennels within 10 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will given.

 

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Merchandise purchased online can be returned to PO BOX 480, Marion, Arkansas, 72364. Any item not received in good conditions, free of ALL ODORS, stains, and damages will NOT be accepted and customer will be notified that they must pay reshipping fees to have the items sent back to them.

 

If we suspect a customer of WARDROBING, or wearing the items and sending them back no credit will be issued and they will be blocked from our site. 

 

Exchanges

We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.

 

Processing

Once an order has been placed it  cannot be cancelled.  When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 7-14 business days to process your store credit. 15-25 during holiday seasons. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email. We will only issue credit for packages if customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address. Many times customers claim they have returned package but have no proof the item was sent back, therefore, for the customers security and ours, we require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address. No exceptions.
